Parvinder brings more than 25 years of experience across commercial real estate brokerage, mortgage financing, business ownership, franchising, gas stations, food brands, commercial leasing, land acquisition, zoning possibilities and contract negotiation.

He has owned, operated, managed and developed gas station and food-franchise sites, providing practical insight into how operating businesses and commercial properties can be acquired, improved, repositioned and made more profitable.

Parvinder advises clients on hospitality assets, gas stations, travel plazas, franchises, land, commercial leasing, financing considerations, negotiations and value-add business opportunities.

In addition to her advisory work, Arusha has owned and operated multiple businesses and has experience in logistics operations and business growth.
